Movies, colors, and annoying things
So, we STILL haven't seen Wall-E or Hancock, but Angela promises me we'll do them Thursday as a double feature, even if I have to rent her a wheelchair due to her bum knee.

Seems she twisted it worse than we thought, when we were at the Coast.  Odd thing is, it got slowly worse for several days -- and if it HAS started getting better, it's not nearly fast enough.

Poor thing...

Meanwhile, our house is slowly changing color, and may just about be done by the time the new car arrives.  Yup, it's officially on a boat and on it's way here...   It'll be here in a couple of weeks, so long as the sea monsters don't eat it.

I'm not allowed to talk about colors (Angela gets to post the new house pics, when it's complete), but the car color WILL match the house.  (Be afraid.)

I meant to post a quote I saw on a Tshirt while at the Coast.  This simply APPALLED me:

Only GOD can decide if the terrorists are right or wrong.
It's our job to arrange the meeting.
[U.S. Navy Seals]

Jesus Freaking Christ.  And Republicans actually bitched and screamed about CLINTON'S influence on the culture?!?!?  ("He's teaching our children that it's OK to go out and get blow jobs!")

Yeah.  And YOUR guy is LITERALLY promoting "Shoot 'em all and let God sort 'em out"!!!

[And who *EXACTLY* are "the terrorists", anyway?]

I'll take blow jobs over BLOWN UP any day of the week.

Current Emotional State: moody moody

Blech @ t-shirt quote.

Poor Angela. What does the doctor say about getting her knee to heal up? Is she expected to be up and about soon?

She hasn't been to the doctor -- she's just taking the occasional extra muscle relaxer, applying heat when that seems like a good idea, and staying off the leg as much as possible.

Because of the fibro, it's almost impossible for me to gauge for myself whether or not an injury of hers is doctor-worthy. (i.e. EVERYTHING hurts her ALL THE TIME; something you're familiar with.)

I have to rely on her judgement...

Yeah you can't force someone to go to the doctor too easily. That's how it is with my husband. But this sounds serious. Encourage strongly, please, and tell her wormie sent you.

Swelling and bruising isn't part of fibro usually and she probably has a sprain, fracture, or other damage if she can't even walk on it. She may need prescription meds, a knee stabilizer brace, physical therapy, or even surgery.

For the last couple of days, she's improved almost as fast as she got worse. (Yeah, I don't get it either -- but I'll take it!)

We're actually planning on going to the movies tonight, barring further misadventure...

Glad it's improving. Hope you two have fun at the movies. :)
